We provide practical training, from filling the first bag to checking it before reuse.
Dry and check
Use clean, thoroughly dried grain. Check both liners for punctures before filling.
Fill with care
Fit the liners inside the outer bag. Fill the innermost liner and leave enough room to tie it.
Seal each layer
Gently remove excess air. Twist, fold and tie each liner separately, then close the outer bag.
Store and inspect
Keep bags off the floor in a dry, sheltered place, protected from sharp objects and rodents.

Which sizes can I order?
Our standard capacities are 30, 60 and 100 kg. Custom sizes are available for bulk orders; contact our team with your requirements.
Do I need to add insecticide?
No added insecticide is required for the hermetic storage process. Start with properly dried grain and seal each liner separately.
Can I store freshly harvested, wet grain?
Dry the grain adequately before sealing it. These bags are a storage solution, not a grain dryer. Ask our team for guidance for your crop.
Can I reuse the bags?
Yes. There is no fixed reuse count while the liners and outer bag remain suitable for use. Inspect for holes, damage and airtight sealing before each use.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We provide guidance on crop preparation, filling, sealing, storage and reuse. Contact either office to discuss your training needs.
